Platform Statement

Yohime (the "Platform") connects creators and fans. Creators can upload and publish works, and fans can discover and unlock access to them. Yohime provides hosting, discovery, and access features. Publishing a work on Yohime does not mean that the Platform endorses it.

1. 1. Content is provided by creators, who are solely responsible for it

   All works are uploaded by creators. Each creator is solely responsible for the legality, originality, and licensing of their content, and warrants that every person depicted is at least 18 years old and that the required records are maintained.

2. 2. Fans and access to works

   Fans can unlock access to works under the offer and access conditions displayed on the Platform. Please review the work description and applicable conditions before confirming an unlock. Unlocking a work grants access for personal, non-commercial use; it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Fans must not redistribute, resell, or publicly share a work without permission from the relevant rights holder, or bypass access controls, except as permitted by applicable law.

3. 3. The Platform assumes no liability for content

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform bears no responsibility for creator-uploaded content, which is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Any dispute, damage, or liability arising from content rests solely with the parties involved.

4. 4. Prohibited content

   Content involving minors, non-consent, coercion or violence, or otherwise unlawful material is strictly forbidden. Violations result in removal and account termination, and may be reported to the authorities.

5. 5. Reports and takedown

   If you believe content on the Platform is infringing or unlawful, please contact us through the channel listed in our official notices, and we will act in accordance with the law.

6. 6. Information used to provide uploads and access

   To provide these services, Yohime stores and processes the works, cover images, and related information submitted by creators, as well as account-linked records of unlocked works and the time of each unlock. These records support the hosting and presentation of works, users' libraries, and verification of access to content.
