1. Introduction

Welcome to Yohime. Yohime ("we", "us", or the "Platform") provides an online platform where creators upload and publish works and fans discover, support, and unlock access to those works. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Yohime and its related services (the "Services").

"Users" includes creators, fans, and other people who use the Services. "Creators" are users who upload or publish content. "Fans" are users who view, support, or unlock content. "Content" includes videos, images, audio, text, artwork, descriptions, and other materials submitted through the Services. An "Account" is a registered user account on Yohime.

2. Application of These Terms

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

3. Eligibility and Your Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be legally permitted to use the Services. You must not access content that is unlawful in your location. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and can enter into a binding agreement.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify eligibility, identity, account ownership, or compliance with these Terms.

4. Accounts, Security, and Termination

Account information and security.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity you authorize through your Account. Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that circumvents the Services' restrictions, or use another person's Account without permission.

Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services.

Closing or restricting an Account.

You may stop using the Services at any time and contact us about closing your Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security or fraud concerns, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it.

Closure or suspension may affect access to Content and account features. Any outstanding payment obligations, applicable refund rights, and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. Information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Creators and Their Content

Creators are responsible for the Content they publish and the accuracy of its description. Creators must hold the rights necessary to publish their Content. If any Content belongs to another person, the Creator must obtain all necessary consents and permissions before publishing it on Yohime. Creators must ensure that their Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable intellectual property laws, and may be held personally liable for any such infringement or violation.

Real people. Every real person depicted in your Content must be at least 18 years old. You must obtain all required consents to depict that person and publish the Content, and comply with applicable age-verification and record-keeping requirements.

Fictional and AI-generated characters. Fictional or AI-generated characters must be clearly portrayed as adults aged 18 or older and must not appear to be minors.

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or non-consensual activity is prohibited.

Any creator compensation, fees, and payout conditions are those disclosed for the relevant creator service or agreed separately. Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information and meeting applicable tax obligations.

6. License to Content

By publishing Content on Yohime, Creators grant Yohime and its affiliates a worldwide license that is non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and royalty-free. This license permits Yohime and its affiliates to use, publish, distribute, modify, and commercialize the Content through any existing or future medium or form of communication, without further consent or restrictions on those uses.

Yohime may, at its sole discretion, edit, delete, or remove Content for any reason it considers appropriate.

7. Fans and Access to Content

Fans may unlock individual works or obtain access through the offers available on the Platform. The description, price, access period, and scope shown for the relevant offer apply. Review those details before confirming a purchase or unlock.

Access is for personal, non-commercial use. Unlocking Content does not transfer copyright or ownership. Unless the relevant rights holder permits it or applicable law allows it, you must not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or make Content available to others. You must not bypass payment requirements, access controls, or content-protection measures.

Access remains subject to these Terms and applicable law. Content may be restricted or removed for the reasons described below; any mandatory rights relating to paid access remain unaffected.

8. Payments, Credits, and Access Plans

Prices and access conditions.

Prices and any applicable charges are displayed through the relevant purchase flow. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's terms.

Credits or similar platform balances may be used for the features and offers made available through the Services. Purchasing credits does not itself unlock every work or grant ownership of Content. Any offer-specific restrictions are displayed with the offer. Creator earnings and payouts are separate from credits purchased for use on the Platform.

Where a subscription or other time-limited access plan is offered, its price, duration, and included access are those shown before purchase. Do not assume that purchasing one offer includes other works, future releases, or access beyond the stated period. Changes to future prices do not retrospectively change the price of a completed purchase.

Refunds and payment issues.

Purchases of digital Content are generally final once the purchased access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly offered by Yohime. Requests concerning unused credits or an access plan are reviewed under the conditions shown when purchased and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

If you encounter a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a problem receiving purchased access, contact [email protected] with enough information to identify the transaction. We will review the issue and handle it in accordance with the applicable purchase conditions and law. Do not send full payment-card numbers or account passwords by email.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual, or infringing Content, including material involving sexual exploitation of minors.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or unlawfully disclose personal information about another person.
• Submit Content without the required rights or consents, or provide misleading information about what a fan will receive.
• Distribute malicious code, attack the Services, interfere with other users, or obtain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Circumvent access restrictions, abuse payment or credit features, or collect information from the Services unlawfully.

10. Reports, Moderation, and Enforcement

You may report suspected infringement, unlawful Content, or other violations to [email protected]. Please identify the relevant Content or Account, explain the concern, and provide information reasonably needed to assess it. If you report a rights violation, describe your rights and your authority to make the report.

We may review reports, request further information, restrict or remove Content, suspend access, or cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate. Hosting or reviewing Content does not mean that Yohime endorses it or guarantees its accuracy, quality, or legality. Nothing in this section excludes obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

11. Availability, Disclaimers, and Warranties

We may maintain, update, or change the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services or any particular Content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Third-party websites or services linked from Yohime have their own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and user-submitted Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties. This does not affect any guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Responsibility and Liability

Creators remain responsible for the Content they submit, and users remain responsible for their own conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yohime is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, or for losses caused by another user's unlawful conduct outside our reasonable control.

Yohime does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, suitability, or quality of Content published by Creators. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yohime disclaims liability for that Content, including any infringement, unlawful material, or inaccuracies it contains.

Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Disclaimers in these Terms are subject to those restrictions.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Yohime and its personnel and affiliates against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not cover loss caused by Yohime's fraud or gross negligence, or override any mandatory protection.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer and data-protection requirements. These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections under applicable law or of access to courts or other remedies available under that law.

17. General Provisions

Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or applicable requirements. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement before a material change takes effect. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

Agreement, severability, and waiver.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and any applicable offer-specific conditions govern your use of the Services, subject to mandatory law.

Events beyond our control.

Events outside our reasonable control may excuse delayed performance only while they prevent it, and only where law permits.

Transfer of rights and obligations.

Yohime may lawfully assign these Terms. Users need written permission to assign theirs. Mandatory protections remain unaffected.

Relationship and third parties.

These Terms create no employment, partnership, or agency relationship and give unrelated third parties no enforcement rights.
